The International Bank of Azerbaijan once again donated 18 copies of the book "State Finances and State Policy" to the Azerbaijan State Agricultural University (ADAU).
The original book, written by Professor Jonathan Gruber of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology of the United States, was translated into Azerbaijani and published by TEAS Press with the support of the International Bank of Azerbaijan.
The book, which was published as a gift to educational institutions and persons specializing in the relevant field, consists of 896 pages describing the essence of public finances, external influences and public goods, social insurance and redistribution, tax theory and practice.
The publication is available in the main library of ADAU, in free computer halls of the faculties of agricultural economics, agribusiness and management.
